Dynamic Mindfulness

Today, we connect in an instant, and yet studies show that people FEEL less connected than ever before. Connected to what I ask? Simply, connected to the root of ourselves. I have met and studied with tremendous teachers and have learned precious instruction from all. Regardless of the source of those teachings, there are a few common elements. For example, we must begin with ourselves. This is the beginning of dynamic mindfulness.
